Ohio Workers’ Compensation

If you are injured or suffer from an occupational disease (OD) as a result of your employment, you may be eligible for compensation. Compensation may also be available if you are missing work due to an injury or OD, if you cannot find work due to your restrictions, if you have had to take a lower paying job, or if you are unable to work at any type of job. In addition to these weekly benefits you may be eligible for compensation if your injury or OD has caused a permanent loss of physical or mental functioning.

We offer representation at all levels of the administrative process before both the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio as well as mandamus actions before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Social Security

If you are unable or expect to be unable to work for a period of at least 12 months, you may be eligible for Social Security benefits. Benefit amounts may vary depending on the type of benefit requested, family resources and receipt of other benefits.
